March 15, 2020 - THE GOVERMENTDECLARES A STATE OF EMERGENCY FOLLOWING THE COVID19 HEALTH CRISIS

The Spanish Government is declaring a state of emergency throughout the country to reduce the impact of the COVID19 pandemic.
The measure must be followed by all and is valid from 00.00 hours of last night. It is the PROIDBITION OF FREE MOVEMENT of persons and vehicles on roads.
Residents may only move on public roads to carry out the following activities:
• food shopping, purchase of pharmaceutical products and essential goods. • Go to health centres. • Go to wo rk, professio nals or entrepreneurs. • Return to the place of residence. • Support and care for older people, minors, people in need of help, disabled people or people • who are particularly vulnerable. • Visit financia! companies. • For reasons of force majeure or emergency.
(Ali such relocations must be made individually, except for persons whose freedom of movement is restricted. In doing so, the recommendations and regulations issued by the health authorities must be respected).

Private vehicles have the right to move on public roads to carry out the permitted activities or to refuel. The recommendations and regulations issued by the health authorities must be respected.
BUSINESS ACTIVITIES The following shops have an opening permit:
• Food shops. • Pharmacies. • Opticians. • Tobacco shops. • Hairdressers. • Dry cleaners. • Veterinarians. • Orthopaedics. • Technology stores.
Please, do not stay any longer in such places as necessary. Just the time consumers need to huy their food or essential products. Under no circumstances should the products be consumed in the store itself. No gatherings and, a safe distance of at least one metre between consumers and employees must be guaranteed to avoid infection. The local police got the order to monitor compliance with these restrictions in coordination with the state security forces.
